Shipments are sent via USPS from Los Angeles, CA. We do our best to get your package out as soon as possible. The time it takes to receive your goods varies depending on your location and shipping preferences. We want you to feel amazing in your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, style name and reason for return prior to sending back your package. Please note we can accommodate an exchange or issue store credit (no refunds) on non-sale items within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges or store credit are accepted on full price, unworn and unwashed merchandise.
Please note some items will be final sale for hygienic purposes and will note this in the ‘view full item’ page. We do not accept returns on sale merchandise, vintage, swimwear and undergarments.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. We hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
